Hippocratic AI, a global leader in safety-first generative AI for healthcare, has raised $126 million in its Series C round, valuing the company at $3.5 billion. This brings its total funding to $404 million. Hospitals and healthcare organizations are increasingly adopting Hippocratic AI’s scalable and secure AI agents, helping them deliver smarter, safer, and more abundant healthcare solutions.

With additional assistance from both new and existing investors, the round was led by Avenir Growth, which is well-known for helping AI firms that are revolutionizing the industry.

The company has worked with over 50 large health systems, payors, and pharmaceutical clients in six countries in just 15 months since its commercial start. It has developed over 1,000 clinical use cases and successfully handled more than 115 million patient interactions—without a single safety issue.

The funds from the Series C round will help Hippocratic AI boost its global impact. The company plans to expand its customer reach, invest further in its Polaris Safety Constellation Architecture and new product innovations, and explore strategic mergers and acquisitions to bring its safe AI solutions to more patients across the healthcare system.
