In the US, Google Introduces ‘Search Live’ for Instantaneous Visual Discussions.
For English-speaking users in the US, Google has formally launched a new tool called Search Live. Real-time, camera-based speech interactions are now possible in the Google app on iOS and Android smartphones thanks to this upgrade.
You can use your voice to communicate with the Google app, and if you’d like, you can even activate your camera to let it see what you see. Your camera in Google Lens is prepared to share what it captures by default. This enables you to ask inquiries about nearby things on time and receive insightful responses, along with access to other online resources.
Google lists some excellent uses for this feature, such as picking a board game by simultaneously scanning several boxes, repairing devices step-by-step without entering model numbers, organizing trips without using your hands, and even getting simple how-to advice for hobbies.
Simply open Google Lens and choose Live, or press the new Live symbol beneath the search bar to give it a try. Then, when your phone’s camera helps Google see what you’re viewing, you can begin speaking to it, making searches quicker, more intelligent, and more engaging than before.
Google is expanding search beyond keyboard input with this launch. As the feature becomes more popular, companies that adapt their graphics and content to this new style will benefit.
Search Live is currently only accessible in English and the United States, but Google says it will soon expand to other languages and nations.
